Each sales has the obligation to carry out after-sales service to the sold products, and our company has formulated the responsibility and quality remedial measures for the after-sales departments.

The Sales Department is responsible for timely feedback customer's complaint to our company, the company formulates the solution and service measures, transfer to the Production Department for implementing after-sales service. The Quality Inspection Department is responsible for quality inspection and supervision, and the Production Department and the Technical Department is responsible for supporting and handling according to the solution.
